4. AI-Generated Content
Prophony provides AI tools for music creation and audio processing. You own all rights to the output generated by our AI tools after the generation process is complete.
You understand and agree that:
- AI-generated content may sometimes resemble existing copyrighted works
- You are responsible for ensuring any AI-generated content you use complies with copyright laws
- You may use AI-generated content for commercial purposes
- Prophony is not responsible for copyright infringement that may result from your use of AI-generated content

- Proportional refund for partially completed services
- Refund of payment if tokens cannot be properly credited to your account
- Compensation for service outages that affect your ability to use purchased tokens
